A quote is based on the property size, condition, access, service and add-ons described at the time. If important information changes or the property is materially different from the description provided, Made Simple Cleans will discuss any change to scope before additional work proceeds.
Bookings
A form submission, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A date, time and scope must be confirmed directly by Made Simple Cleans. Any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling terms should be provided and accepted as part of that confirmation.
Customer information and access
Please provide accurate property details and disclose access restrictions, parking information, fragile surfaces, known damage, hazards or items requiring special care. The property should be safely accessible at the agreed time.
Service scope
Only tasks included in the confirmed quote are part of the service. Appliance interiors, inside windows and other add-ons are not assumed unless specifically agreed. Cleaning does not include technical repairs, specialist restoration, hazardous-material work or unsafe access.
